This Privacy Policy explains how Credalyt (“Credalyt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Credalyt AI mobile application and related services (the “App”).

• Uploaded credit report PDFs (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, AnnualCreditReport)

• Manually entered credit-related data (balances, limits, dates, status)

• In-app communications or support requests

Credalyt does not require:

• Social Security numbers

• Full dates of birth

• Full account numbers

• Government-issued ID images

You should not upload unnecessary sensitive personal information.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

• Device type, OS version, app version

• Anonymous usage data (screen views, feature interactions)

• Error logs and performance metrics

This data is used only for app functionality, security, and improvement.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide credit analysis and explanations

• Generate educational content and document templates

• Display dashboards, action plans, and trackers

• Improve App performance and reliability

• Communicate service updates and support responses

• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal data.

3. Credit Report Processing & AI Use

• Uploaded credit reports are processed using automated systems.

• Extracted data may be uncertain or incomplete.

• The App may label confidence levels for extracted fields.

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming accuracy before acting on any output.

Credalyt does not make automated decisions that produce legal or financial effects.

4. Data Storage & Retention

• Credit reports and extracted data are stored only as long as necessary to provide services.

• Users may delete uploaded reports and associated data at any time through in-app controls.

• Deleted data is removed from active systems within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

I cannot confirm the exact retention duration without your hosting architecture, but this policy is written to allow short, purpose-limited retention.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share information only:

• With service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, error reporting) under confidentiality obligations

• To comply with lawful requests (court orders, subpoenas)

• To protect the rights, safety, or security of Credalyt or users

We do not share data with credit bureaus, lenders, or debt collectors.
